Elle is experienced and skilled in branding and marketing dance, dance services and businesses. She has attained a Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Commercial Dance & Musical Theatre, she is an ATOD Affiliate Member and is also a qualified AcroDance teacher. She has been a professional dancer, aerialist and dance teacher since 2004, working in Australia and Singapore and with a range of styles, with a focus on jazz. She has worked in administration and management roles in creative, production and entertainment businesses. Returning to Canberra in 2011, Elle has been a dance teacher (including head) at a number of studios and at Kulture Break (not for profit). For six years, Elle was the Director and Principal of Dazzle Dance Academy where she increased student retention rates, refreshed and re-branded the school’s logo, web presence and company image and introduced streamlined web-based business systems. Elle fostered a strong dance community and remains passionate about providing quality dance training to children from rural and regional areas.
