Nicola's interests and involvement with dance in the ACT is as a parent of a young professional dancer, though she has been passionate about ballet and contemporary dance since her childhood spent growing up in Brussels, Belgium and where she was trained in classical ballet. Nicola has a Bachelor in Economic and Social History from the University of Bristol, UK. Since moving to Canberra from Sydney 11 years ago she has worked in the Australian Public Service. Her skillset includes project management, program administration, policy implementation, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
