CONTEMPORARY WITH OLIVIA FYFE
6TH & 13TH MAY
Olivia is a performer, teacher, and choreographer. Graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2010, Olivia has been a Party Artist with Australian Dance Party (ADP) in Canberra since its inception in 2016, performing in 20+ works with the company. Wearer of many hats; she performs independently most recently with Little Dove Theatre Art, works as Party Whip for ADP, is the Social Media Marketing Coordinator and regular choreographer at QL2 Dance and teaches contemporary and ballet at several dance studios.
Class:
Olivia will teach an upbeat and energetic contemporary dance class. Incorporating technical exercises designed to challenge co-ordination and provoke a good belly laugh, you can also expect delicious travelling phrases, unusually bizarre imagery, exciting foreign tunes, and silly social improvisations.

KAGISO RATLHAGANE

KG is one of Canberra’s most experienced Hip Hop dance choreographers, teaching the style for over 15 years from beginner to advanced levels and all ages.
As a Hip Hop musician and performer, he has always incorporated dance into his live shows and has developed his own style of teaching that focuses on musicality, high energy and performance.
KG’s classes are very versatile where he teaches a mix of Hip Hop fundamentals, Urban choreography and Afro dance.
He is the Artistic Director and Owner of Passion & Purpose Academy in Gungahlin, where he teaches kids from 3 years to adult. In founding the school, the aim was to create a Multicultural dance school in Canberra, where students of all nationalities would feel welcome in an inclusive environment. The school not only teaches Hip Hop classes but Cultural dance styles too.
As a youth mentor, KG is committed to providing dance classes as positive outlet for young people to express themselves and gain confidence. He has seen how engaging in dance at a young age can truly transform peoples lives for the better.

FLAMENCO WITH
ANGELICA CASADO
3RD & 10TH JUNE
Angelica is the principal teacher at the Flamenco Centre of Canberra (FCC). She has more than 20 years of training and performing experience, studying under Adriana Rodrigues and later Tomás Dietz at the renowned Los Carmonas Flamenco Academy in Sydney. In 2018 Angelica moved to Canberra and shortly after began teaching at Tomás' flamenco school. She enjoys organising flamenco performances and fundraisers for the Canberran community.
Class:
This class will teach you the basic technique of flamenco dance, including some thrilling footwork!
