ZEST: Dance for Wellbeing classes are designed for adults who want to keep their body and brain active and healthy, regardless of their mobility, skill or age. Come along and feed your body and spirit with music and movement; be physically and mentally inspired and stimulated, have fun, meet some new friends and feel good!

Dance is a unique vehicle, naturally combining multiple approaches to movement and exercise, building confidence and an improved quality of life. Taught by a team of highly experienced and dedicated dance artists (Jane Ingall, Jacqui Simmonds, Philip Piggin, Debora di Centa and Amy Macris), you will experience movement to music, much of it taking place seated in a circle of chairs, as you’re guided through a carefully planned program of dance activities.

$12 per class or $100 per ten week term
