What a year it has been! Our Open Classes have wrapped up for 2021 so now is a great time to reflect and say thank you.

 

This year we offered classes both in studio and transitioned online during lockdown. Classes were offered in the following styles Afro Funk, Indigenous, Burlesque, Contemporary, Afrobeats, Flamenco, Hip Hop, Street Funk, Ballet to Beats, Contact Improvisation, Ballet Technique, Contemporary Repertoire, Commercial and Urban.

 

Our Open Classes bring together Canberra dancers to share, network, try different styles and importantly have fun.

 

We would like to thank artsACT for their continued support and Canberra Dance Theatre for the use of their beautiful studio space. And of course our fabulous teachers: Gretel Burgess, Justine Carla Brown, Elizabeth Arcoiris, Olivia Fyfe, Kagiso Tshepo Ratlhagane, Angelica Casado, Caroline Wall, Cathy Adamek, Debora Di Centa, Alison Plevey, Margaret Taylor, Melissa Markos, Lilah Gow and Jess Bui.
